This sausage turned out well. Most people in my flat got
together for Sunday lunch today.

Roula El Khoury, a design student from Lebanon shared with me
a recipe she devised since she’s been living in the halls of
residence at the University of Westminster.

Roula’s pork sausage included one clove of minced garlic,
two small tomatoes: diced, 1/2 an onion: diced, the juice from
one lemon, salt to taste and 3 bell peppers(1/2 of each
color: red, yellow, green) sliced.

There are microwave dinners that are harder to make than
this and it was delicious.

Thanks Roula.
